KITCHEN
Clean kitchen cupboards and drawers inside and out
Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and freezer (please defrost in advance)
Clean washing machine and dish washer
Clean and degrease inside of oven
Clean hob and grill
Wash down kitchen countertops
Remove limescale and polish sink and taps
Clean internal windows including sills and ledges
Wipe all woodwork (doors, door frames, skirting boards)
Wipe down radiators
Clean plug sockets and light switches
Carpet Cleaning
Vacuum and mop hard floors
BATHROOM
Clean bath and remove limescale
Wash shower including screen and de-scale
Clean and disinfect toilet
Wash and de-scale sink / shine taps
Wash down tiles and remove mould if possible
Clean & polish mirrors
Wipe cupboards, shelving and surfaces
Clean internal windows including sills and ledges
Wipe down door, door frames and skirting boards
Wipe clean towel rail
Wipe down extractor fan
Clean plugs and light switches
Vacuum, sanitise and mop floors
ENTRANCE, HALLWAY AND STAIRS
Remove Cobwebs
Clean cornice, curtain rails and picture rail
Clean internal windows including sills and ledges
Wipe down doors and door frames
Wipe down all skirting boards
Wipe down banister, stairway and railings
Clean light switches and fittings, plugs, lamp shades and sockets
Dust any fixed surfaces
Vacuum and mop hard floors

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning Package does not include cleaning any part of the property's exterior, gardens, balcony areas or garages.
Cleaning of soft furnishings such as nets, curtains and blinds are not included in the cleaning package.
An End of Tenancy clean will only be completed when your property is empty of all of your furniture and belongings.
Before and after pictures will be taken and held for 3 months in case of any dispute. After this period they will be securely deleted.
Tenants will be provided with an invoice and a completed checklist at the end of the clean. Further copies are available on request.
